Calavera Raleigh is seeking an experienced General Manager. We are searching for someone who has a strong background and belief in customer service, is detail oriented and hospitality driven.
Our ideal candidate will have:
No less than 1 year of General Manager experience or 3 years of full service management experience, non fast food establishments.
A strong food or kitchen background, with health code knowledge
A full service bar background- strong tequila knowledge a plus.
Must be knowledgeable in running food cost, labor and placing orders for both front of house and back of house
Experience with OpenTable, Quickbooks and Schedulefly a plus.
