We are looking for professional Line Cooks that want to cook, taste and be a part of a culinary team. You must be able to manage your time well (including being set up on time, keeping busy cleaning, and prepping during down times).
We require all members of kitchen staff to have a NC ServSafe Certificate.
We require cooks to pay careful attention to detail and have the ability to adapt to new dishes.
Must be able to work CLEAN, efficiently, and arrive early (you are late if you're on time).
Successful Servers, Server Assistants, Bartenders, and Dishwasher candidates will have experience in a casual fine dining atmosphere, thrive in fast-paced environments and able to maintain passion and energy, to please every guest.
