Upscale new retirement home in North Raleigh, NC is seeking a hard working, full time, dishwasher/utility worker for mid morning through late afternoon shifts. Experience is preferred but not required as we are willing to train the right candidate.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Proper cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen and all of its equipment
Washing, sanitizing, drying and putting away all dishes
Daily sweeping, mopping and taking out trash
Adhering to weekly kitchen cleaning schedules
Assisting cooks (when needed) with food preparation
Assisting waitstaff (when needed) with bussing tables

Must be able to stand on your feet for up to five hours without a break
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds several times per shift
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Must be able to stay organized and on task
Must be able to get along with the elderly
Must be able to work weekends although not every weekend is required
