We are a successful and growing restaurant and bar group in the heart of the thriving, competitive downtown Raleigh market. We have 5 concepts and are looking to grow our team. Currently looking for a chef/kitchen manager who is not only familiar with second-to-none menu development but can also handle total back-of-the-house operations.

Candidate would work with Management and ownership to develop, implement, and improve current menu, catering menus, prep manuals, recipe books, schedules, and all kitchen systems. We are looking for someone that is familiar with small to medium corporate structure but that is also able to help fine tune and grow our emerging concepts. This particular candidate would need to be able to manage two concepts in one building initially, then moving on to write menus.

We are also looking for someone that has a strong culinary background and is familiar with emerging food trends. Familiarity with sourcing from multiple vendors, local farmers, and different purveyors is a must. Candidate would also be very familiar with recruiting and hiring kitchen staff. Simply put we are looking for someone that's more than just a creative mind, we are looking for someone that can run the back-of-the-house and wants to grow with us
