This role includes the following responsibilities:
-Understanding that giving back is important and articulating the Zambrero Plate 4 Plate program.
-Providing exceptionally friendly customer service. Engaging with our guests.
-Accurately preparing orders as per guest requests while maintaining appropriate portion control and consistency,
anticipating and adapting to guest count volume.
-Completing food preparation.
-Adhering to food handling, safety, security and sanitation standards.
-Increasing sales by endorsing new products and marketing promotions. Know and articulate food flavors.
-Assisting with in restaurant duties such as cleaning.
-Being upbeat and urgent, understanding that our guests are #1 and must be greeted and taken care of immediately.
