-M Sushi Cary is hiring full time experienced sushi chef/line cooks.
-Sushi chef requires experience in rolls and experience in sashimi and nigiri is preferred but not required.
-Line cook requires at least 1 year of experience in fast paced fine dining restaurant with both hot and cold food.
-Job is full time 45-55 hours with overtime pay.
-High level of pace, high level of execution, attention to detail, and clean as you go mentality.
-Other responsibilities include but not limited to cleanliness, organization, equipment maintenance, security, and
communication.

Salary: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour with additional tips and overtime rates. Annual income range $57k67k/year
