Hi there,
We’re a local women-run business looking for a part-time prep person to join us in the kitchen at Blue Dogwood Market on Franklin St.
We prepare fresh meals for pick-up and delivery every Tuesday and use local, organic ingredients. Knife skills are required and a willingness to learn and work with your hands in a positive work environment.
We operate year round with two 3-week breaks at the end of July and the end of December and offer bonuses at those times. Starting pay is 18/hr.
Start date is Sunday January 14th.
Days/hours: Sunday 10am-8pm, Monday 11am-7pm (15-18hrs total, exact hours on these days is flexible)
Duties include: prepping vegetables, packaging food (soups, salads, desserts, etc), keeping a tidy workspace, some dishwashing, (with opportunities for expanded duties),
Must have dependable transportation and two references from prior jobs (at least one reference must be food/kitchen related).
