Anthony's La Piazza is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Servers and Bussers to join our team. If you are passionate about providing excellent hospitality in a fast-paced, friendly environment, we want to hear from you. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train candidates with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
Server Responsibilities:
-Greet guests, provide menus, and inform them of daily specials.
-Take food and drink orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
-Deliver orders and check on guests to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
-Address any guest concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
-Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions.
-Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
Busser Responsibilities:
-Clear and reset tables in a timely manner.
-Assist servers with refilling water glasses and delivering food.
-Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
-Stock server stations with dishes, napkins, and other supplies.
-Assist with other duties as needed to support the front-of-house team.
