Bentwinds Golf & Country Club is looking for a fulltime Sous Chef. Position includes golf privileges, meals, 401k match up to specific percentage, health insurance and more.
Requires minimum of 1 year of kitchen management experience and open availability. Experience in banquet and a la carte environments is recommended.
Brief Job Description: The Sous Chef serves as the "Second in Command" and is responsible for the daily oversight and execution of all the Club's culinary operations. Directs the operations of the kitchen(s) and back-of-house, including food preparation and quality, physical maintenance and sanitation, inventory controls, and staff supervision. The Sous Chef works with the Executive Chef to ensure a consistent, five-star member dining experience in our restaurants.
