Private duty caregiver needed for in home care for an elderly female located in Durham, NC. 10:00am - 6:00pm Friday-Sunday. Must have a warm personality that is willing to assist with ADLs and also provide companionship. Mandarin-speaking or willingness to learn is a plus.
Weekly pay- $20-24/hour
Qualifications:
· Experience Required: Licensed CNA of at least 3 years OR at least 5 years of caregiving experience for the elderly
· Must pass a criminal background check
· Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
· Must possess a genuine love and respect of people—especially for those who cannot take care of themselves
· Must be reliable, responsible, and hard-working
· Must be familiar with lifting equipment, memory care, catheter care, ostomy care, and incontinence care
Job Duties:
· Provide engaging activities
· Meal prep and light housekeeping
· Providing transportation as needed
· Assisting with toileting and bathing
· Ensuring safety and a willingness to provide an individual with the best quality of life within their circumstances
