Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Experience : A kind heart and wants to help others. Experience working with individuals with Autism.
Coverage may include: 5-6 days per week. 7-8 hours per day.
Assisting with activities of daily living (Eating, bathing, toileting)
Household care and maintenance
Accompany consumer on community outings with the approval or request of family member
Proper completion of appropriate forms provided by the agency on each consumer that these services were provided
Respect for consumer and family’s property and privacy
Assure consumer/family confidentiality
Coverage may include:
Assisting, reminding, observing, guiding and/or training in the following activities:
Meal preparation household care and maintenance.
Activities of daily living - assisting in meal preparation
Shopping for food and other necessities of daily living
Proper completion of appropriate forms provided by the agency on each consumer that these services were provided
Respect for consumer and family’s property and privacy.
