Johnston Recovery Services is an Opioid Treatment Program that is seeking a Full-time Nurse AND a PRN for Weekends/Weekday in dispensing Methadone and Buprenorphine in Clayton, NC. The nurse is responsible for the safe and efficient dispensing of medications to clients.
Full-time Duties/Responsibilities:
Administer medications to patients and ensure safety compliance
Count and maintain medication inventory
Assess patients at the dosing window for impairment
Maintain all paperwork required for regulatory agencies
Conduct bottle recalls on patients with take-home medication
Other duties as assigned
Full-nurse would be required to work Monday-Friday 5:30 am to 11:30 am (Tuesdays 1:00 pm) and 4 weekend shifts Sat and/or Sun 6:30 am - 9:15 am.
PRN nurse would be required to work Saturday and Sunday from 6:30 am to 9:30 am and have PRN availability during the week 5:30 am to 11:30 am.
Current State of North Carolina License (LPN/RN).
Experience working within the addiction population and or administering methadone preferred.
Ability to use an electronic medical records and advanced computer skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
