LIVE-IN NANNY / BABYSITTER NEEDED — PRIVATE ROOM + PRIVATE BATH INCLUDED
Move-in date: End of March / April 2026
I’m looking for a live-in nanny for one school-age child. You will have your own private bedroom and private bathroom. Rent is fully covered; you will only pay your portion of utilities.
This position is ideal for someone who wants a stable place to live and a way to supplement their income — not someone seeking a full-time childcare job. Preference given to applicants with a healthcare background (retired nurse, CNA, EMT, etc.) or special education experience.
Requirements:
Must have a reliable car to transport child to and from school.
Must supervise child during my 24-hour work shift every 4 days.
Must be available for some weekends as needed.
Must be comfortable living with two dogs in the home.
Must agree to a full private background check (cost covered).
Must be dependable, responsible, and genuinely good with kids.
Duties Include:
School drop-off and pickup
Routine care while I’m on shift (meals, bedtime, general supervision)
Occasional weekend or evening care if discussed in advance
Compensation:
FREE rent — private bedroom + private bathroom
You pay only your share of utilities
Monthly stipend based on experience
Additional pay provided for any childcare outside of my scheduled 24-hour work shifts
