Assist medical and administrative staff in patient encounters including check-in and check-out, triage, medical history, examination, and lab test, ensuring the office runs smoothly. Enter and/or verify health insurance information and collect payments, as necessary. Check or verify eligibility for services. Schedule appointments, provide information to other clinics and referral. Qualifications include strong communication, team-oriented, motivated to learn, and a quick learning ability, previous medical assistance experience or other customer services experience preferred.
