American Waste Services is seeking a hard working individual to join our growing team.
Job Title: Service Technician
Job Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm (additional hours available at night)
Pay: Starting at $18/hour
Job Duties:
- Junk Removal - during the daytime hours, most of the job will consist of helping with junk/bulk item removal using a dump truck. There will be other general labor as needed.
- Potential additional hours- Valet Trash Services After 7pm, work will consist of helping with valet trash service as well as training new hires.
Qualifications:
- Transportation to and from work
- Clean Driving Record and insured
- Pass background check
- Pass drug screening
- Ability to work out of town when needed (3-4 days per month, all within 3 hours of Raleigh)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to climb stairs
- Good communication skills
