FULL-TIME position, Monday-Friday with benefits. Must have valid NC drivers license with a good driving record. A pre-employment drug test is required. You must be a team player and have the ability to work in a fast-pace environment. Some prior experience as an automotive technician is a PLUS.
Job Description:
Sell and explain automotive services to customers both in person and on the phone.
Understand customers service needs and write up service request.
Make service recommendations and review maintenance schedules with customers.
Meet and greet customers, respond to phone inquiries, and set up appointments.
Delegate repair/maintenance services to technician and order parts as needed.
Review services that were performed with the customers.
Cash out customers.
Deliver superior customer service with value, safety and total piece of mind.
COMPENSATION - Competitive pay plus bonuses and ongoing training. Pay is based on experience and skill levels.
