Brookscapes LLC is seeking an experienced Landscape Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in their work, and has a strong understanding of day-to-day landscaping operations.
Position: Landscape Technician
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in professional landscaping

Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including:
Lawn mowers (walk-behind & zero-turn)
Weed eaters/string trimmers
Leaf blowers
Edgers and other standard tools
Perform routine lawn maintenance: mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and debris cleanup
Assist with plantings, mulch installation, pruning, and basic landscape enhancements
Follow company standards to ensure clean, high-quality results on every property
Work safely and efficiently as part of a team
Communicate effectively with crew leaders and team members
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while on client properties

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in residential or commercial landscaping
Ability to operate lawn maintenance equipment confidently and safely
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
Reliable transportation to and from the shop
Punctual, dependable, and motivated to grow with the company

Preferred Qualities
Experience with basic landscape installs (plantings, sod, mulch, etc.)
Irrigation knowledge is a plus
Valid driver’s license is preferred
