Position starts with NO prior experience necessary. NO tools required. Must display good work ethics including on time, no use of cell phone during work time, and acceptable dress as discussed in interview. No smoking while working. Respect for the property and professional interactions with the customers is expected. Training will be provided that can result in excellent skills in all kinds of woodworking, repair of damaged areas of existing structures, and new construction. Two week trial period will be in place before employment is permanent.
An evaluation will take place at the end of each 3 month period. If improvement is sufficient, a raise will be provided, the amount of which depends on the level of improvement.
