Cleaner Needed for Short-Term Rentals (Durham, Raleigh, Chapel Hill)
We manage over 50+ short-term rental properties in RALEIGH, DURHAM,and CHAPEL HILL, I’m looking for RELIABLE and TRUSTWORTHY cleaners to help prepare homes between guest stays.
What You’ll Do:
Arrive between 10 am–12 pm on cleaning days (must finish by 4 pm)
Fully clean and reset homes for the next guest — change and wash sheets/towels, vacuum, sweep, mop, and do general cleaning
Handle small tasks like taking out trash, unpacking deliveries, restocking supplies, or minor fixes
Check for damage, missing items, or rule violations (like smoking or unauthorized guests/pets) and take photos/videos for reports
Pay:
1-2-bedroom units $60 per clean (average 1–1.5 hrs)
3–5 bedroom homes $70-$100 per clean (average 2–3.5 hrs)
Extra pay for pet stays, long stays, or additional guests
Pay is per clean, not hourly — quality and reliability are most important
What We Provide:
- All cleaning supplies
- Consistent, year-round work (5–10 cleanings per week on average)
Requirements:
- Must have your own car and phone
- Be reliable, detail-oriented, and honest
- Able to work most days between 10amand 4pm, especially weekends
- Light handyman experience is a plus (extra pay for repairs or maintenance tasks)
This is a long-term position, not temporary or one-off cleaning work.
