THIS POSITION IS FIVE DAYS A WEEK MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY AT 6:00PM UNTIL COMPLETED
We are seeking a detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across our facilities located at the SECU in Smithfield NC.
MUST LIVE IN AREA OR CLOSE BY
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
- Clean and disinfect restrooms
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Restock paper products and soap dispensers
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines
- Report maintenance issues and supply needs to management
- Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Reliable transportation to work location(s)
- Availability to work afternoon hours of 2:00 pm Seven (7) days a week.
