```Duties:```
- Assist with various construction tasks involved with the construction of commercial and residential swimming pools.
- Load and unload construction materials and move them to the appropriate locations.
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris, trash, and hazardous materials.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the construction team to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
```Requirements:```
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Basic knowledge of construction techniques and safety procedures a plus.
- Experience hauling, backing trailers a plus.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
