Bowden Contracting is a licensed & Insured family-owned company seeking an Equipment Operator to join our team. We specialize in Concrete, Masonry & Grading, for residential and commercial properties. We need an operator that can take instruction and work independently with safe and efficient practices.
Responsibilities:
Operate heavy equipment: Excavator, Loader, etc.
Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment
Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure it’s in good working order
Operate compact equipment as needed (skid steer, mini excavator, etc.)
Collaborate effectively within a team while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.
Requirements
Concrete experience, preferred
Heavy equipment operator experience, required
NC Valid driver's license, preferred
Exhibit a high level of dependability, ensuring consistent attendance and punctuality.
Able to lift 75 Pounds.
Knowledge or willing to accept direction of using the following equipment:
Ratcheting Chains
Binders
Straps
Caulks
Jacks
Pintle Hooks
Track loaders
Mini Excavators
Cranes
Forklift
Schedule
Monday through Friday, occasional Saturdays 6:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Overtime – We ask that you be available and willing to communicate
