General laborer needed for a 6 month residential construction project. Position will report directly to the homeowner and be responsible for daily clean-up and other projects as needed.
Job starts September 20th. This is a part time position 3 days per week approximately 20 hours total. We can be flexible with your hours and days that you work.
Typical job duties will include:
Daily clean-up and trash pickup
Demolition
Attic and basement work
Fencing
Insulation
Painting
Trenching
Landscaping
Irrigation
Laborer shall provide their own basic tools and drill / saw.
