Johnstone Supply - JTeam Group is seeking qualified warehouse employee / owner for an exciting career in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration distribution business
Johnstone Supply is an employee owned distributor and manufacturer's representative of a complete line of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and energy management products to the residential and commercial markets. Johnstone Supply JTeam Group currently employs over 100 team members in 9 branches providing sales, delivery, marketing and technical support to contractors and dealers throughout NC and VA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure products, parts, or supplies are shipped, distributed, or received in an efficient manner.
Take precautions to secure warehouse contents against loss.
Receive product, check quantities against packing list and record any discrepancies. Prepare receiving reports and note any shortages or damages.
Prepare outgoing materials, parts, or products to ship to customers and vendors.
Make sure all work areas, aisles and shelves are clean and organized.
Operate a hand truck, forklift, or other heavy equipment
Field incoming customer calls, assist walk-in and will-call customers with product or service inquiries.
Retrieve, label, stage, and/or loads materials into customer vehicle.
Replenish and restock store shelves as directed by supervisor.

Education and/or Experience:
- 7-10 Years of Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Valid Class "C" Drivers License with good driving record
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with arms, talk and hear. The employee will frequently be required to stoop, kneel and crouch. The employee occasionally will be required to sit, climb ladders or steps, or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
