Coliving at Legacy located at 425 E Pilot St., Durham NC 27707 is seeking for an experienced Janitorial Staff who will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility, performing minor repairs, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our tenant’s and visitors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Perform minor repairs and building improvements as needed.
Collect trash from outside apartments and dispose of it in dumpsters.
Clean and maintain all common areas, including the kitchen, lobby, restrooms, maintain cleanliness in parking lots and clear sidewalks of debris; clean glass doors and windows.
Vacuum carpets and floors, ensuring a tidy appearance.
Sweep and mop floors, following proper cleaning protocols.
Ensure that all doors are securely locked after hours.
Notify supervisors or managers of any major repairs needed.
