Job Description:
As a Junk Removal Specialist, you’ll be the face of our business, providing high-quality junk removal services to residential and commercial customers. Your primary responsibilities will include loading and unloading heavy items, transporting them safely, and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are looking for a motivated and reliable team player who is eager to grow with us.
Key Responsibilities:
-Safely and efficiently load, haul, and dispose of various items, including heavy furniture and appliances
-Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients
-Maintain a clean and organized work truck
-Follow safety protocols and company procedures
Requirements:
-Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy items (up to 75 lbs)
-Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
-Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team
-Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
-Previous experience in junk removal, moving, or a related field is a plus but not required
What We Offer:
Hourly Wage: $16-18 Fair hourly rate for North Carolina (based on experience)
