Small landscaping and design company located in CARY hiring friendly new team members for our planting crew. No experience needed, we can teach all that we do, but a good personality is a must-have. Preference given to those who can drive an F-150 size truck with a small trailer behind it.
Duties would include but not limited to:
Mainly: planting trees and shrubs
Gathering trees and shrubs from local nurseries
Moving wheel barrows of mulch and compost blend topsoil
Spreading mulch and pine straw
Creating new planting beds
Removing old plants
We DO NOT do any of the work listed below:
No mowing
No lawn care or lawn chemical treatments
No routine maintenance
No hardscapes such as patios, retaining walls or paver/stone work
We DO NOT work weekends
Full Time and Part Time Shifts Available
Monday – Friday
7:30 – 4:30/5:00
No working weekends and we are off for most major holidays
Pay starts at $15.00 per hour
This is a small team/crew that requires a good, friendly personality but does not require any experience. Good personalities outweigh experience for this position.
Other requirements:
Valid NC drivers license
18 years old or older
Ability to lift 50 lbs several times a day when needed
Must speak English
Great attitude, good personality and the ability to work well on a small team
MUST have reliable transportation to our office in Cary where we meet each day
