We offer a new way of doing residential lawn care, both for our customers and our employees. We want to take your experience and motivation and teach you the scientific skills and methods used by professionals to cultivate greener, stronger turfgrass. You will join a team of two and share responsibility for all mowing, edging, trimming, aeration, dethatching, overseeding, topdressing and seasonal fertilization.
Working under the guidance of a NC Licensed Pesticide Applicator, you will assist in the seasonal application of pre-emergent herbicide. You will help the TCNC Certified Turfgrass Professional prepare soil samples for nutrient testing as you become familiar with soil analysis and micro-dose soil amendments. At 90 days you will become eligible for after hours educational opportunities. We pay full tuition when you achieve TCNC professional turfgrass qualification. We also offer overtime, paid time off, and paid holidays.
Requirements: Clean background check, valid driver's license with 2 year clean driver's record. Minimum of 1 yr. experience in the greens industry. Ability to drive a truck with trailer and work outside in all safe weather conditions.
