Our family is looking for a nanny to start right away for our 2 yr old ACTIVE toddler boy. CASH JOB. I work from home and need someone who can come in anywhere from 2,3,4 days a week on a ROTATING schedule from 8am-4:30pm and care for him while I work. We will be paying in cash each work week. The “majority” of work weeks are only 2-3 day weeks and some 4 day weeks. We will give the same pay each week to give a consistent weekly rate regardLess of if you work 2,3,4 days so you have reliable income. Typical day includes changing him regularly (he just turned 2 not potty trained yet), feeding breakfast/lunch/snacks, washing his bottles/plates etc. getting him down for his nap, strolling him, playing outdoors for a few hours each day weather permitted, interacting with him creatively/educationally, tidying toys. He is extremely active and can be demanding being a toddler but a sweet child, we would really prefer someone with child care experience or children of their own. Even though I work from home I am not able to care for him at all due to a demanding job so I’m relying on his caregiver. I am at home all day upstairs working so I will be around throughout the day. Obviously we are wanting someone trustworthy patient reliable responsible loving & kind. If you call out often or show up late often please do not apply as my job depends on you being here. The PAY will be the SAME EVERY WEEK regardless if you are scheduled to work 2, 3, 4 days that week. CONSISTENT weekly pay so you know you can depend on us if we can depend on you. I have the work schedule well in advance up to a year out and it’s a rotating schedule. We don’t expect you to work holidays. No housework, strictly caring for our son as I would. We would ask for references to help ensure trustworthiness and dependability. We really prefer someone looking for a long term job. Located in Wendell on the Clayton boarder.
