Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning services for residential properties, including: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, and more.
Use eco-friendly cleaning products and techniques to ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity while representing Mint Manor.
Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within scheduled timeframes.
Report any maintenance issues or necessary repairs to management promptly.
Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and used safely.
Adhere to Mint Manor’s standards of excellence and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications:
Extensive experience in residential cleaning with a proven track record of high-quality service.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Ability to handle physical demands of cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to grow with the company.
