Coleman Burnett, Inc. is hiring a qualified Landscape Foreman for our maintenance team in Raleigh/Durham, NC
Excellent Compensation offered ($24 - $28 per hour based on experience) plus benefits & PTO
Responsibilities as a Foreman / Crew Leader include but are not limited to:
Leading a crew of 3 or more crew members
Performing all hands-on tasks such as mowing, pruning, and trimming
Completing each job assignment on time and within budget
Ensuring work is complete per plan with EXTREME attention to detail
Maintaining all equipment and tools assigned to your crew
Ensuring that workplace health and safety regulations are followed
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
3+ years of experience in managing a landscape maintenance crew
Valid Driver's License (Must pass MVR requirements for Insurance eligibility & DOT Medical Card requirement)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to perform hard physical labor on a daily basis while working in a team atmosphere
Basic irrigation experience to include controller adjustment and minor repairs
