Seeking part-time person to perform maintenance on Rental Properties. Duties may include, but not limited to: Grounds Maintenance/Landscaping, Light Carpentry, Light Plumbing and Electrical, Paint touch-ups and other task as the job calls for.
2-3 Days a Week-Flexible Daytime Hours
Must have a reliable vehicle to get from jobsite to jobsite (all within 15 miles of Office), your own basic tools.
Must pass Drug and background test.
