We are looking for experienced cleaners to help clean vacant apartments in between tenants. If you have no experience cleaning vacant homes or apartments, then please do not apply. Cleaning vacant apartments requires special attention to detail - meticulous cleaning skills are a must! Once a tenant has moved out, we are responsible for cleaning the apartment for the next tenant. All applicants must be detail oriented and focused. The apartments should look as new as possible for the next tenant. Interior and exterior appliances must be cleaned thoroughly (this includes pulling out the appliances and cleaning the floor and cabinetry surrounding them), interior and exterior cabinets/drawers must be cleaned and wiped out (no dirt, food debris, or hair left behind), window blinds, ceiling fans, light fixtures, and baseboards must be dusted and wiped down, and floors must be swept and mopped properly.
We need a cleaner who is hard working and gets the job done right the first time. Time management skills are also a must. The locations we clean for are in Raleigh, Durham, and Cary and the surrounding areas. All applicants will be expected to have their own cleaning supplies and equipment, and will be paid per apartment. You can pick your own schedule and let us know how many apartments you would like to clean per day/week or the weekend; However, the apartments must be cleaned during the office hours of the apartment complex (generally between 9am-6pm). Getting started earlier in the day is a must.
