We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality roofing services to residential clients. This position requires expertise in installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of residential roofing systems.
Responsibilities:
Perform roof inspections to assess the condition of existing roofs
Install, repair, and replace asphalt shingles, metal roofing, and other residential roofing materials
Identify and troubleshoot roofing problems, such as leaks, damaged shingles, and flashing issues
Work efficiently and safely at heights, using proper safety equipment and techniques
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job
Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and questions in a professional manner
Collaborate with team members and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
Proven experience as a residential Tech
Knowledge of various roofing materials, techniques, and best practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights
