THIS POSITION IS FOR a laborer for punch list renovations tasks.
-Hours vary weekly and would be part-time. This position is ideal for someone looking to earn
extra money or a second job. Hours weekly range between 10-25. Occasionally there might be
weeks when there is no work. Most days start after 10am. Though a part-time job, you must be
able to help finish jobs within our contracted timeline.
- We are a sub-contractor for another company. You will be a subcontractor under us and will
receive a 1099 tax document.
Subcontractors must be able to provide a clean criminal history
background check, for safety and compliance reasons to ensure the highest level of our client’s
trust.
Proof of transportation, insurance and a valid driver license is a must. There will be days
you will need to drive back and forth to several different apartments.
- We are looking for someone to help remove and replace electrical plates covers, blinds, cabinet
doors, doorknobs. Additional small tasks may be required. We will consider you if you are just
starting out in this field and are willing to learn.
-Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. And able to carry supplies up and down several flights of
stairs.
-Additional pay if you know how to use a spray gun to paint cabinets. Removing and replacing
lights and ceiling fans. PSA cabinets.
