I am looking for a part-time employee to start immediately servicing a grocery store parking lot in Cary. This property is serviced 6x per week on Monday - Saturday and will typically take about an hour each time it is serviced. Pay is $30 each service day + $30/week reimbursement to maintain your own supply of trash bags. That comes out to $210/week direct deposit for about 6 hours of work a week. Pay day is every Friday via direct deposit. This is a grocery store and will need to be completed before 8am. Between 5-7am start time would be ideal. W2 position. If you have access to a truck or trailer there are additional opportunities to earn extra income.
Duties include:
Removing trash from common cans and replacing liners
Putting the trash in the dumpsters on site
Keeping the store front sidewalks and curbs clear of litter and leaves
Spot sweeping trash in parking lots
Maintaining cleanliness around the rear of property and property lines
Reporting illegal dumping to managers
You will take photos in an app each service day and the properties will be periodically checked by management.
