Job Title: 1099 Warehouse Associate
Pay: $16–$19 per hour (based on performance)
Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (extended hours available)
We’re looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our warehouse team. This is a hands-on, physical job — you’ll be on your feet all day and expected to work quickly and accurately. If you take pride in working hard and staying productive, this is the job for you. If not, this isn’t the place for you.
Responsibilities:
Assemble and fill boxes with snacks, candy, and granola bars
Set up and build boxes for packaging
Place master cartons on pallets and wrap them securely
Move, unload, and organize pallets as needed
Unload inventory and keep stock organized
Fill and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
Package nuts and snacks into bags for retail and wholesale orders
Maintain a clean and safe workspace at all times
Requirements:
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Must be reliable and show up on time every day
Able to lift and move boxes/pallets throughout the day
Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment
Able to follow directions and stay focused on tasks
