Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Referee to oversee flag football games and ensure fair play. If you have a passion for sports and enjoy working with children, this role is perfect for you.
Duties
- Officiate youth flag football games, ensuring all rules are followed
- Communicate effectively with players, coaches, and parents
- Manage conflicts or disagreements that may arise during games
- Enforce game rules impartially and make fair decisions
- Ensure the safety of all participants on the field
Experience
- Experience in football or sports coaching is preferred
- Strong communication skills are essential
- Ability to manage conflicts calmly and professionally
- Experience working with children is a plus
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Hours: 3 hours per week every Saturday afternoon
