Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Workers to join our
dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidates will play
a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that products are assembled and
manufactured to the highest quality standards. This position requires a strong
work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a team
environment.
Duties: Operate and maintain various types of machinery and equipment on the
assembly line.
Assemble components and products using hand tools, power tools, and
machinery.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications.
Assist with inventory management and warehouse tasks as needed.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues with equipment as they arise.
Qualifications
Previous factory or manufacturing experience is preferred.
Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques is advantageous.
Mechanical knowledge to understand equipment operations and
maintenance is essential.
Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse machinery is a plus.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
