JOB OPENING to work for an established and growing local trade company
This added position of administrative assistant consists of being responsible for providing administrative and
clerical services to ensure effective and efficient operations.
Tasks:
-Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages
-Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management, database systems
-Draft daily customer estimates from business owner for homeowners
-Prepare invoices, reports, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word
processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
Qualifications and requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
-Outstanding customer service/interpersonal skills
-Great communication

-Detail oriented and thorough in completing tasks
-Reliable, responsible, and dependable in fulfilling obligations
-Pleasant with customers and team members and displaying a good-natured and cooperative attitude
