Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, setting appointments for our sales team, and contributing to the growth of our client base. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our merchant services.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
Follow up with leads and manage appointment schedules.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from appointment setting to sales.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales (preferred but not required).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle objections and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
