We are looking for a Customer Service Manager, HVAC service background is a big plus. Also having some Admin duties/skills as well as sales experience. This person will coordinate Service Techs and outwardly face our existing and new customers. This person will drive our service department to profitability.
You must be able to demonstrate experience in this position and have the fundamentals of a great Customer Service manager.
The position would require you to occasionaly take after hours calls and dispatch Service Tech's
Keep up with current scheduled service contracts as well as new inbound calls and be able to successfully add to the customer base.
This would be a great opportunity for the most skilled and qualified customer service professional.
