ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for a full-time administrative assistant to work in our Apex office. This advertisement is for a full-time position.
Duties will include: assisting with project preparation and closeout, answering phone calls, as well as estimating and other various administrative tasks as needed.
Hours will be fixed, 40 hrs/week. The ideal schedule would be Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm. Please see below for application instructions if you are interested!

Must be comfortable using a computer and should be proficient with Microsoft Office products
Mechanical / Electrical aptitude preferred

Ability to read blueprints
Project estimation
Commercial HVAC knowledge
Must have the following in order to be considered:
Ability to work legally in the United States.
Reliable transportation
Must be able to pass drug test
