Office Manager w/accounting experience

We are looking for a full time administrative assistant for our rapidly growing construction equipment business.

Required Skills:

Accounting/AR/AP experience

Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel

Dependable, fast learner, self-starter capable of completing a variety of tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.

Customer service oriented and able to interact positively with our external and internal customers

Successful candidate with be trained on in house software.

Duties include:

Accounts payable/accounts receivable

Payroll

Invoice processing

Receptionist duties

General office-related tasks such as greeting customers, sorting inbound mail, sending outbound parcels, filing, etc.

Hours - M-F - 8:30am-4:30pm - 30-40 hours per week
