Job Title: Part time admin role
-Hours: 20 hours per week (could potentially lead to full time in the busier months)
-IN PERSON
-Monday-Friday (Flexible, Mondays are more of a priority)
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable person to join our team in an office admin role. They will be assisting both owner and operations manager in basic office tasks. The candidate must have strong computer skills, excellent front desk etiquette, experience in handling complex customer service situations and tasks like AR/AP. Additionally any knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop is a plus since it is the current system we use.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in answering client emails in a courteous timely manner
- Answer and direct phone calls and relay messages to recipient
- Manage front desk operations efficiently
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail sorting
- Assist with miscellaneous tasks like AR/AP, filing, preparing paperwork and with some owner requests.
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Some experience in QuickBooks Desktop is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Pay is depends on experience and references. Paid hourly with paid holidays.
