Responsibilities include:

Provide exceptional customer service in answering calls and assisting caregivers, clients, and prospects with inquiries and issues.

Assist in agency operations like monitoring daily schedule adherence, and reacting to short-term call-outs and cancellations.

Participate in administration of company culture and recognition programs like service awards, company celebrations, and individual employee milestones.

Achieving collaborative relationships with clients and care staff utilizing phone, text, and emails in a proactive, positive and energetic manner.

Maintaining applicable documentation for caregivers and client’s files with meticulous attention to detail.

Skills and Experience:

Self-starter able to prioritize and multitask in a time sensitive manner.

Interested in participating in the growth of the company providing essential services to our senior community.

Above average human relations, and customer service skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with diverse audiences (especially on the phone).

Proficient computer skills with experience in Google Workspace, Healthcare Software or QuickBooks, with aptitude in navigating the internet and social media preferred.

Exceptional organizational skills

Ability to proof and validate own work.

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule: M-F 8 am - 12 noon

Pay: competitive based on skills and experience

Reports to: Office Manager
