We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our crew as PPI Dispatchers. This is a great job opportunity for those with limited mobility or other physical disabilities!What You'll Do:Call Intake: Intake calls from property managers, vehicle owners, and drivers regarding service needs, fees, storage, and vehicle release.Data Entry: Data enter all service calls with speed and accuracy in the dispatch system to ensure compliance with both company policy as well as state and local laws.Call Prioritization: Coordinate with drivers to ensure contracted services are provided in an efficient and timely manner, Payment Processing: Interact with in-office customers to collect towing, impoundment, and storage fees.Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure professionalism and timeless of services.Outstanding customer services skills and attention to detail are crucial in this role to ensure towing operations are documented according to both company policy and legal regulations. Demonstrate your leadership skills by working as a team with drivers, managing and prioritizing calls efficiently, mastering the dispatch system, acting as a mentor to new dispatchers, and positioning yourself for future career growth by identifying workflow, process, and efficiency improvements.
