We have also been named a Best-in-Class Employer by Gallagher.Responsibilities:Process all training, development and educational assistance requests; ensure proper and timely approvals, registrations, payments, notifications and record keepingCreate and track purchase orders, process invoices for payment, process travel reimbursementsAdminister numerous HR processesEnter data and create/extract reports from numerous systemsInteract regularly with employeesAssist with new hire first day processing and onboardingSupervisor may assign additional tasks and projects within the scope of this classification as necessaryRequirements:High school/GED and 3-5 years of strong administrative experienceExperience providing administrative support in a high-volume environmentMust be extremely attentive to executing detailed processes accurately and timelyMS Office experience: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, VisioKnowledge of MS SharePoint preferredExperience entering and finding information in databases. Ability to create and run reportsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skillsGood basic math skillsAbility to maintain confidential informationAbility to work independently and set priorities is a must!Ability to set and change priorities, as needed, while maintaining focus and accuracyValid State Driver's LicenseHiring Rate:$46,434 (this non-exempt position will be filled at or near the posted salary)Closing Date: November 7, 2025this position is eligible for partial telework.
