Responsibilities:
Conduct full or limited title searches, including lien verification and ownership history
Access Register of Deeds, courthouse records, GIS maps, and tax databases
Provide document scans or PDF summaries in a timely manner
Requirements:
Experience with property title research in North Carolina
Ability to access local records, either remotely or in person
Familiarity with GIS mapping and probate records
Dependable communication and turnaround times
Compensation:
Rate based on experience and task type
