Kenney Realty Services is looking for a motivated and energetic full time Maintenance Technician to rotate between two of our Apartment Communities located in Raleigh, NC. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community including the grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other common areas of the community. Minimum 2 years related experience as a Maintenance Technician, Groundsperson, or a combination thereof is required. HVAC, CFC and CPO certification is required \.
